“Claude was an alcoholic, drinking himself to sleep every night. And here, it’s wine ,wine and more wine. His liver gave out a mere week ago. The funeral was held yesterday.” Bernard said nonchalantly. “My brother was not only an alcoholic, but he was a horrid person. He stole from charities, wasted food, and was a member of the local crime gang. But aparently you bought the facade he created.”
Giselle was speechless. She had bought the facade. A frown crossed her face and Bernard spoke again, “I can only imagine what a shock thisĀ must be for you. Please, let me take you to dinner. I’ll explain everything and more.” He gave a weak but friendly smile.
“…Sure.” Giselle agreed after a short pause; She was deep in thought. About everything.

And she went to dinner without a care, forcing herself listen intently and to smile at Bernard’s jokes. Though, after a while, it wasn’t so hard to smile at Bernard.

And Giselle couldn’t help but to give Bernard a hug goodbye when dinner was done.
“Hey, do you want to have breakfast on Thursday?” Bernard asked coyly, though he was sincere.
“Sure.” Giselle responded sweetly, batting her eyelashes.
And that was the beginning of their relationship. Giselle was surprised at how fast she fell for Bernard.
And one day, out of the blue, Bernard proposed. Giselle said yes, and after an hour of couture dress shopping, they got married right then and there. In France. Alone. But they were both pleased.

So Giselle had finally found love. Caroline approved of Bernard, as well, which was good. She even started pushing them to have children, which Giselle had no problem with since she, herself, wasn’t getting any younger.

Sadly, one night Caroline passed away. But along with Salem, she had lived a full life and the death was natural and peaceful. There was no reason to mourn a good life.

For some reason, Giselle and Bernard, by the time Giselle’s birthday came along, had not been able to concieve.
So, correct, Giselle had her birthday and turned 40 years old. So she was 40 and had no children. That wasn’t good for a legacy.
So Bernard and Giselle started going to “drastic” measures- trying for a baby three times a day inbetween their work schedules. And it payed off! After her 41st birthday, the test results came back positive, and Giselle’s boring pregnancy began.

As I said, Giselle’s pregnancy was long and boring, but filled with extensive care for her unborn child. Giselle was too old and couldn’t afford to have a miscarriage for the legacy’s sake as well as hers.

Giselle went into labor at 3 o’clock on a tuesday afternoon, giving birth to not one, not two, but three baby girls! She got lucky and would never need to worry about being pregnant ever again.
The eldest daughter was named Scarlet. She was the spitting image of her daddy, but had her mommy’s slate coloured eyes, framed by thick, dark lashes. Her traits were Athletic and Light sleeper, and she also cried 24/7, so Bernard had no choice but to shove a binky in her mouth.
The middle daughter was named Evangeline. She was a mix of both parents, and she also inherited Leah’s eyes! Her traits were friendly and loner.
The last born of the triplets Giselle named Macy. She looked just like her mommy, and had Rose’s serene blue eyes.
From right to left: Scarlet, Evangeline, Macy.
So Giselle had finally done it! She was the proud mother of three happy, healthy, beautiful baby girls. The legacy would continue.

Or so she thought.
On a warm June day, Giselle was out for a swim when she drowned.
With no heiress named prior to the event, for the triplets were mere toddlers, the Adahy Legacy was over.
Author’s Final Notes:
- The legacy is over! I failed D; Yes, Giselle really did drown when I wasn’t watching her. I was making Bernard watch the toddlers. They were all so cute and I had huge plans for them and now they’re all foiled!
- I’ll be doing a Sim Story next, which I’m quite excited about. Then I’ll probably go back to do another legacy. I’ll post the link to the Sim Story on the front page when everything is set up, I promise :)
- Thank you all for reading this legacy and I hope you enjoyed it while it lasted.

im so sad it is over!
No!
I’m so sad that it’s over! You really are a good writer and I’ll be looking out for your new sims story;) Really, really sad that the Adahy’s ended:(
Why not say she just wrote her will to leave Bernard to chose the heiress if she ever dies? Then it could continue! Nobody cares if you break a rule by doing so! We all want to see more of the triplets and see everything continue!
I already deleted the game file permanently. It’s too late :c
Aw, that’s sad. A sim story would be nice. I’ll be sure to check for it. When do you think everything will be posted and ready?
I’m working on the first chapter right now :)
Shame, it’s never fun to put time and effort into a legacy only to have it end so drastically. Five generations of Adahys is quite an accomplishment, thanks for sharing! Better luck with your sim stories, at least starting something new is exctiting :)
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That can’t happen :( WHY! Bad Giselle for drowning. Although at least you’ve got a sim story coming up which is good.
i was so sad when i read this chapter cuz i would have loved to see the triplets grow up
